โครงการ นี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายชัดเจนที่จะให้การพัฒนาความรู้ทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษและ วัฒนธรรมของภาษา ความเป็นอยู่และการทำงานของคนตะวันตกให้กับพยาบาลไทย เพื่อให้พยาบาลไทยของเราซึ่งมีคุณภาพในด้านวิชาการอย่างที่ไม่มีใครปฏิเสธ ได้ ได้มีทักษะทางการสื่อสาร (Communication Skills)ให้ได้เท่าเทียมกับเจ้าของประเทศ เพื่อจะได้มีโอกาสได้รับอนุญาติให้ไปประกอบวิชาชีพในต่างประเทศได้ เป็นการนำคนไทยที่เป็นนักวิชาชีพให้มีโอกาสไปทำงานในต่างประเทศ เพื่อนำเงินตราเข้าประเทศ เพื่อให้นักวิชาการของไทยได้ไปพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท เอกและนำความรู้กลับมาช่วยกันพัฒนาประเทศชาติ เมื่อถึงเวลาอันสมควร
